On the morning of 5 October 2026, at the September 2026 regular meeting of the Bac Ninh City People's Committee, Mr Pham Hoang Son, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chairman of the City People's Committee, presented the Chairman's Certificates of Merit to four organisations and two individuals for outstanding achievements in attracting foreign investment and contributing to the State budget.
The four organisations honoured are: the Bac Ninh City Industrial Zones Authority; Western Pacific Infrastructure Joint Stock Company; Cooler Master Manufacturing (Vietnam) Co., Ltd.; and Micro Commercial Components Vietnam Co., Ltd.
The two individuals honoured are: Mr Kim Yong Sup, Deputy General Director in charge of External Relations, Samsung Electronics Vietnam Co., Ltd.; and Mr Hu Xue Tong, Deputy General Director of Micro Commercial Components Vietnam Co., Ltd.
Acknowledging, commending and congratulating the award recipients, Chairman Pham Hoang Son stressed that these are the first certificates of merit presented since Bac Ninh became a city. The partnership and contributions of the business community and investors have not only helped attract resources for development and increase State budget revenue, but have also created momentum for the city's socio-economic development.
Looking ahead, the Chairman expressed his wish that investors and enterprises continue to accompany and cooperate closely with the city; step up investment and expand production and business; fulfil their obligations to the State and actively take part in social welfare activities; and continue contributing resources, ideas and experience to building a favourable investment and business environment, helping Bac Ninh City develop dynamically, modernly and sustainably.
